Vendor House has developed a system in which you can be promoted to receive additional incentives and bonuses as your network of stores grows from your influence and marketing strategy.All Network Resellers start at the Sales Associate level, but can begin receiving promotions very quickly.With each promotion comes an additional level of income in the Vendor House compensation plan as well as lucrative promotional bonuses.
Sales Associate: Entry level for all Network Resellers.Eligible for all Level 1 Network Bonuses, Store Sales Bonuses for new store sales up to 4 levels beneath you, and all Level 1 Store Product Commission Bonuses.
Sales Manager:
Requires 5 Sales Associates directly beneath you on your first level.Eligible for all Level 1 & 2 Network Bonuses, Store Sales Bonuses for new store sales up to 4 levels beneath you and all Level 1 & 2 Store Product Commission Bonuses.Automatic promotion the first time you have five – Level 1 – active Sales Associates beneath you.A $25.00 bonus will be awarded for reaching the Sales Manager level.As an added bonus you will receive the $25.00 Sales Manager Promotional Bonus each time you add five Sales Associates to your Level 1.
Division Manager: Requires 5 – Level 1 – Sales Managers beneath you.Eligible for all Level 1, 2 & 3 Network Bonuses, Store Sales Bonuses for new store sales up to 4 levels beneath you, and all Level 1 & 2 Store Product Commission Bonuses.Automatic promotion the first time you have five – Level 1 – active Sales Managers beneath you.A $125.00 bonus will be awarded for reaching the Division Manager level.As an added bonus you will receive the $125.00 Division Manager Promotional Bonus each time you have five- Level 1 – Sales Associates promoted to Sales Manager status.
Regional Manager: Requires 5 – Level 1 – Division Managers beneath you.Eligible for all level 1, 2, & 3 Network Bonuses, Store Sales Bonuses for new store sales up to 4 levels beneath you, and all Level 1 & 2 Store Product Commission Bonuses.Automatic promotion the first time you have five – Level 1 – active Division Managers beneath you.A $625.00 bonus will be awarded for reaching the Regional Manager level.As an added bonus you will receive the $625.00 Regional Manager Promotional Bonus each time you have five- Level 1 – Sales Managers promoted to Division Manager status.
Executive Manager: Requires 5 Regional Managers beneath you.Eligible for all Level 1, 2, & 3 Network Bonuses, Store Sales Bonuses for new store sales bonuses up to 5 levels beneath you, and all Level 1 & 2 Store Product Commissions.Automatic promotion the first time you have five – Level 1 – active Regional Managers beneath you.A $3125.00 bonus will be awarded for reaching the Executive Manager level.As an added bonus you will receive the $3125.00 Executive Manager Promotional Bonus each time you have five- Level 1 – Division Managers promoted to Regional Manager status.
